**Job Title:** Collection Executive / Team Leader

**Location:** Palakkad, Kerala

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Collection Executive:**

* Contact delinquent borrowers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding debts.

* Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.

* Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

* Achieve collection targets.

**Team Leader:**

* Lead and motivate a team of collection executives.

* Develop and implement effective collection strategies.

* Monitor and track team performance.

* Provide coaching and feedback to team members.

* Escalate difficult cases to management.

* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:**

**Collection Executive:**

* Minimum SSLC or High School Equalant in any discipline.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Computer literacy skills.

* Prior experience in collections or a related field preferred.

**Team Leader:**

* Minimum graduation in any discipline.

* Proven track record of success in a leadership role.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities.

* Experience in the collections industry preferred.
